Sound healing

Sound Healing Performances and Sound Journeys

A live sound journey — a sound bath of sustained tones, rhythms and silences that invites the audience to slow down, breathe and listen.

Who it is for

  • Wellness and meditation spaces
  • Cultural centres and communities
  • Private groups and gatherings

How it works

Participants sit or lie down while Luiz Nila and Rodolfo Andrade guide the experience with acoustic instruments and voices, moving from gentle textures to deeper resonances and back to silence. Instruments vary with the repertoire and format: flutes, didgeridoo, handpan, gongs, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, other drums, guitar and voices. Not every instrument is part of every performance.

No. It is an artistic listening experience for relaxation and presence. It does not promise cure, treatment or specific results, and complements — never replaces — health care.

What should participants bring?

Comfortable clothes. Mats or blankets can be agreed in the proposal.
